LE TRIANON

Located in the heart of the hotel, within the historic building, Le Trianon is in line with spirit of Le Mirador: a place where time stands still to enjoy a singular experience.

Adorned with paintings here and there, the restaurant reveals a strong artistic appeal, in the image of the hotel as a whole, as evidenced by the central column, embellished by a work of Swiss artist Jérôme Rudin. The Lausanne-born artist, who has exhibited around the world, notably in Paris, where he met with dazzling success, created a fresco for the Mirador, inspired by plants and dotted with water lilies.
